Dr. Jerry Farrell on Family Dentistry
I think the devil’s in the details. I think ultimately, the personality of the family-oriented dentist is what separates one from the next. I do believe that patients line up with the personality some people maybe want. What separates my practice from somebody else’s practice that might be very good is the cut of my jib, how I talk about things, how I view them. What makes one friend better than another friend? I don’t know. It’s the intangible where you’re like, “I kind of like this person.” People are a little fuzzy about how they line friends up and find friends. That’s kind of my big interest in life is how that all works. People that like somebody that’s contemplative or thinks about that kind of stuff maybe every day, those are the people that are going to … we’re going to do well together.
